Description

As reported by Jorg Heymans at http://lists.cocoondev.org/pipermail/xreporter/2005-September/002495.html

I was hunting down a report configuration error and saw cocoon
complain about incomplete pipelines. It seems that the
map:handle-errors section in
xreporter-cocoon/src/resources/conf/sitemap.xmap is missing a
generator.

Jorg was kind enough to include his patch inline. Thanks, Jorg!
